Have the new iPhone 12 and if it’s not Exactly in the right spot, it won’t charge. It’s hard to find the exact spot to put your phone so it will charge. I would not recommend.

The Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Paduse a set of magnetic coils to generate a magnetic field. This field is picked up by a matching set of coils inside the phone and use it as energy to charge the battery. But, the location of the charging coil may vary depending on the model of your phone. You can try to remove the phone case and see if the phone will charge properly.

I'll have my airpods or phone on there for a couple hours, just to pick it up and find it hasn't charged at all. I even check to make sure the light comes on, but nope, no charge.

The charging pad's behavior is quite unusual! Make sure that there are no phone case used thicker than 3mm and should only composed of lightweight plastics. Also, try charging another compatible device for further isolation. Affordable, but terrible

The cord that plugs into the base I’d flimsy and it comes unplugged way too easily. If you’re able to keep it plugged in, it’s still super difficult to use. You have to have perfect placement or it will quit charging. Do yourself a favor and buy some other brand.

This Belkin charger is designed to support Apple, Samsung and Google fast charging. Try using another compatible device, and make sure not to use phone cases thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only) for further isolation.
