But it only worked 2 times. I looked for a reset button, but to no avail. It is setting over there wasting space. I am very disappointed.

The Belkin WIA001 wireless charger is compatible with most lightweight cases up to 3mm thick. You can remove the phone case to charge your phone and make sure that the phone is properly aligned on the charging pad. The Belkin WIA001 BOOST↑CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad is compatible with Qi-enabled devices. We could have tried to remove the phone case since it can interfere with the wireless charging and plug its power supply into a different power outlet for isolation.

Try charging another compatible device and avoid using phone cases thicker than 3mm for isolation. That's odd. The Wireless Charging Pad (WIA001) has a light status indicator to help ensure proper alignment and functionality.
When the Charging Pad's LED indication is off, it indicates that the charger is in standby mode. When the light is white (on then off), it signifies the power is on. When the light is solid white, it implies your phone is charging or has been fully charged. When the indicator turns solid orange, your phone is not properly aligned (charging error).
Also, you may need to contact our support hotline should this case requires advanced troubleshooting.

Have the new iPhone 12 and if it’s not Exactly in the right spot, it won’t charge. It’s hard to find the exact spot to put your phone so it will charge. I would not recommend.

The Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Paduse a set of magnetic coils to generate a magnetic field. This field is picked up by a matching set of coils inside the phone and use it as energy to charge the battery. But, the location of the charging coil may vary depending on the model of your phone. You can try to remove the phone case and see if the phone will charge properly.
