I'll have my airpods or phone on there for a couple hours, just to pick it up and find it hasn't charged at all. I even check to make sure the light comes on, but nope, no charge.

It takes forever to charge my iPhone, but my AirPods are fully charged in no time.

The charging pad's behavior is quite unusual! Make sure that there are no phone case used thicker than 3mm and should only composed of lightweight plastics. Also, try charging another compatible device for further isolation. The cord that plugs into the base I’d flimsy and it comes unplugged way too easily. If you’re able to keep it plugged in, it’s still super difficult to use. You have to have perfect placement or it will quit charging. Do yourself a favor and buy some other brand.

This Belkin charger is designed to support Apple, Samsung and Google fast charging. Try using another compatible device, and make sure not to use phone cases thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only) for further isolation.
