The device designed for long lasting use! Having it in just short period of time, and completely stopped working is totally unheard of. Try charging another compatible device, and not to use phone cases thicker than 3mm in thickness for isolation. Slow charging & loose connection cord

This is not the expected behavior of the charging pad while in operation. It is designed to support Apple, Samsung, and Google fast charging. Try using another compatible device and avoid using phone cases thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only) for isolation. Dont get this one if you have an iPhone

Called Apple and even though the box claims compatability with all Apple models it doesnt make their list of recomended wireless chargers.

Our Belkin WIA001 has been engineered to charge Apple and Samsung smartphones at the fastest possible speed while delivering 5 watts to all other Qi-enabled devices. Thus, you may try power cycling your phone, making sure that no foreign objects on the charging pad and the in between the charging pad and your phone, and try force closing all the applications running on the background while charging for isolation. Please take note that adjusting your phone slightly will help as the location of the charging coil may vary depending on the model of your phone. Worthless crap
