Weak charge

Our wireless charging stands and pads work with most phone cases not thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only). Try removing the case to see if the same thing happens, or even charge another compatible device for further isolation. This is totally unexpected since this charging pad is deisgned to work with most Qi-enabled (wireless charging) devices. Make sure not to use phone cases thicker than 3mm, or check if it is properly aligned on the pad for isolation. The wall adapter was very large and cumbersome for a device that only needs to deliver 15W of power maximum. Build quality felt cheap even for an inexpensive device.

Made the phone super hot & the pad super hot. I put the phone on pad without any case on the phone. It barely charged.
