    SLOW CHARGING

    Returned it almost immediately and got the better Belkin one. This one charges SUPER SLOW. Do not recommend unless you don’t mind your phone sitting on the charger for 8 hours.

    Didn’t receive even tho I paid for it. I’m wondering when and if I will be reimbursed or is anyone from Best Buy going to Acknowledge this mishap

    The charger take for ever to charge.I don’t like that in one hour it only charged 10%

    Doesn’t charge my phone at all. My phone says that it’s charging. But it just stays at the same percentage as you started charging your phone.

    Had the item 5 months and it stopped working. Best Buy refused to replace it due to a 14 day return policy.

    Constantly not charging my iPhone

    iPhone must be specifically placed on the charger... So many times have thought it was charging only to wake up to dead battery. Also Fast charging not really

      Our wireless chargers require direct physical contact between the phone and charger that's why the charging coils inside the phone and the charger must be properly connected and aligned. It is possible that the phone was not properly aligned with the charger that's why it's left uncharged. Making sure that the phone is properly resting on the pad and that the charger itself is placed on a flat and even surface will help.     bought several they all failed. get samsung wirelss chargers instead if you have a galaxy phone. belkin car charger is better

    Tried this charger with 3 different cell phones. It would charge for a few minutes then stop. Even without a case on the phone. Had to return it.

    Item won't charge with a case on the iphone. Have to keep on moving iphone so it will charge. But lately, it won't charge.

      The BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad works with lightweight plastic phone cases which are not more than 3mm thick. Too thick cases may hinder the communication between the charging coils causing disconnection.
