The unit is expected to charge your Qi-enabled devices as long as properly aligned to the pad, and no phone case used thicker than 3mm in thickness. Also, make sure that your phone is properly positioned and free from foreign objects, like keys or a wallet, on or near the charging pad that could affect charging. The BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad will only work with Qi-enabled devices. Just make sure that the charging coils of the phone and charger align properly and place it on a flat/even surface to avoid disconnections.
