Its ok, but not what I needed.

It is a samsung phone and it should charge the phone but does not. fortuately, there are other samsung phones in the household that is being used for. not sure why it would work on some samsung phones and not others. and yes there is no cover on the phone when trying to charge it

Bought this to hold me over until I get a new phone. Works well. Very happy with the product. The sales person was also very helpful in making the right choice for a wireless charger.

My phone did get a little warm but my home office has little to no airflow so everything gets hot in there.

Simply laying it on the charger overnight allows the phone to be fully charged for the coming day.

Ok for thick case
