The unit is expected to last longer than described. For isolation, please try plugging the unit into multiple outlets to see if the same thing happens. The charge itself works really fast I can get 1%-50% in about 20mins. The only complaint about it would be you have to move it around to get it to charge.

Works super well and she loves it. Doesn't charge as fast as a lightning cable, but still solid for a quick charge or overnight.

Wireless beats cable charging

Set your phone on it and it powers on automatically. Remove phone and it powers off. LED indicator light shows its charging. Works great with both Android and IOS phones. Bought 2 more!

Needed a temp solution as the charging port on my Pixel 3 died. Sale price made the choice easy, a bit slow to charge from low battery states.
