It is quite unusual for the cable to stop working out of the box, since our products went through quality checking prior to distribution. Have you tried asking for replacement from the store instead? We suggest doing so if you haven’t.

I have no complaints about this platform and it works regardless of how little of the phone is on the platform; as long as it can remain on the pad independently.

Well it did for about two months... 1st. It's a slow charge. I have it by my bed and in the morning it barely has bars.... so I began to re-connect or press it to get it to work so that my phone would be charged in the morning... NADA ... Now it hardly works at all.... I am returning the product... Its not worth giving it away or tossing it in the garbage. I am surprised...
