I use it frequently since my charger port has issues. Just a recommendation to make sure you're positioning the phone correctly.

It drives me crazy how you have to have the phone on it exactly in the right spot or else it won't work. I can't count how many times I've had to reposition it at least 10 times to get it to actually charge.

The behavior of the charging pad is far from expected and we'd like to check this out further. Make sure that there are no phone cases used thicker than 3mm, or try charging another compatible device for isolation. We do have to take turns since it will only charge one device at a time. My wife has an Apple and I have an Android, so we would each need to use separate cords. It is very convenient to be able to just set the phone down to charge.
