I’m hoping and praying Best Buy give me credit even though I can’t find the receipt. I plugged it in and wanted to use this for my iPhone 11. It was hit or miss whether or not it was going to charge. It all is about placement. Then I frustratingly kept trying to use it and now it doesn’t even charge my phone. A little hard to wake up without an alarm because my phone is dead…Would’ve been much better to splurge and get the real thing.

I am impressed that it charges my iPhone 11pro without removing the case. It charges much faster than I expected. It also charges my AirPods.

Charges pretty fast. Better value than comparable Mophie charging pad. This is my 2nd of these, the 1st work well so I got another.

The charging pad is compatible with most lightweight plastic phone cases not thicker than 3mm, and should not composed of any metal objects. Average Charging Pad

I wish I would've bought a stronger wats charging pad. It charges, just wished it was a bit faster.

It seems that you have to place your phone right in the center or else it won't charge which cause me to constantly check to see if it's charging. It can also bee inconsistent and stop charging your phone.
