Would not charge a Samsung S10 with an Otterbox case on it. If the case is removed it charged fine. Returned and bought a 15 Watt Wireless Charger online.

Our Belkin WIA001 are engineered to work with lightweight plastic cases up to 3mm. And if your phone case is thicker than the required phone case, then you may have to remove it for it to charge your phone. The placement took some getting used too but once I got that straight it will connect and the little lightning bolt comes on but if it's charging it's crazy slow because if I leave the phone on it for a bit, the power status does not go up at all. The price was good especially compared to others but if it doesn't work right then who cares. Very disappointed.

Sometimes name and brand does not give consistency. The phone has to be a particular position to get charge. Aggravating and nit worth play with it.

It doesnt seem to charge very fast but it works overall. Wanted to try one of these kinds out instead of the typical charging cord, cant say I’m sold but its still working & I use periodically.

Maybe it's because I have an iPhone but I don't know. It takes hours to charge my phone on this. I would just say this product is "Meh".
