The charging coils need to be aligned properly in order the phone to charge properly. Moreover, this charger supports Apple, Samsung and Google fast charging. Just make sure that the phone is compatible and the background apps are closed. For further isolation, please contact our support hotline so the team can assist you accordingly. Decent charger for average consumer

Our wireless chargers only work with phone cases which are not more than 3mm thick and is made of lightweight plastic. Too thick cases will hinder the communication between the charging coils which will cause disconnection.
