I’m hoping and praying Best Buy give me credit even though I can’t find the receipt. I plugged it in and wanted to use this for my iPhone 11. It was hit or miss whether or not it was going to charge. It all is about placement. Then I frustratingly kept trying to use it and now it doesn’t even charge my phone. A little hard to wake up without an alarm because my phone is dead…Would’ve been much better to splurge and get the real thing.

No more searching for the lightening port on my iPhone. Great to place on the night stand for over night charging. I will get a second one near the TV.

I wish I would've bought a stronger wats charging pad. It charges, just wished it was a bit faster.

It seems that you have to place your phone right in the center or else it won't charge which cause me to constantly check to see if it's charging. It can also bee inconsistent and stop charging your phone.

I've definitely set it on there at night and found a low battery in the morning due to poor placement.

The location of the charging coil may vary depending on the model of your phone. You can check with your phone's manufacturer for tips on how to properly align your phone on a wireless charger. Just get a mag charger instead
