The time it takes to make sure my phone is sitting correctly and actually charging I could have just plugged it in with a cord. Which defeats the purpose of being able to just set my phone on the pad. I went and bought a different brand so that I’m not fighting with this one constantly, wish I had returned it

Our wireless chargers require direct physical contact between the phone and charger. The charging coils inside the phone and the charger must be connected and aligned, that's why it needs to be placed properly.
