If your phone intermittently charges on the Belkin WIA001, then try to adjust your phone on the pad. If your phone has a case on it, try removing it and observe if the same issue occurs. The Belkin WIA001 10W Wireless Charging Pad features non-slip rubber strips on the base to help hold your phone on the pad. This Belkin charger is great... It is sleek, and simple to setup... you plug the adapter in, cable, and you are ready to put your phone or other wireless chargeable device (like AirPods) right on it. We have this one setup right on our sofa. it sits right on the arm rest, and I can place my phone on it while I am sitting there... what I like about this one over other brands and models, no annoying fan sound from it... if there is one, I can't hear it. So if you need a charger for your desk, sofa, nightstand, and have a device that supports wireless charging, this is the one to get
