Won't charge all the way?

Works, not the most efficient way to charge

I will get a white light saying it's charging and then 5 minutes later it's not charging anymore. So I have to reposition it-I'm talking maybe a millimeter or two. Same thing happens. Very frustrating! On occasion, it will charge just fine and I must have hit the sweet spot. I would take it back, but the person who checked us out said we were e-mailed a receipt, but we never got one.

We suggest removing the phone case temporarily for isolation. Then, make sure that the phone vibration is disabled and the charging pad is on a flat/even surface. If the same thing happens, reboot the phone or charge a different compatible phone for observation. Update us how it goes at BelkinCares@belkin.com with your contact information and a link to this review as a reference.
