Make sure that there are no phone cases used thicker than 3mm, or try charging another compatible device for isolation. I had to be very careful how I placed my iPhone on it, or it wouldn't charge. Also, the status light showing when it's charging is not visible when the phone is on it, unless it is positioned sideways to the cord, which was inconvenient for where I had it plugged in. I returned it.
