Doesn’t work with Otterbox

Not enough power to charge through a case

Would not charge a Samsung S10 with an Otterbox case on it. If the case is removed it charged fine. Returned and bought a 15 Watt Wireless Charger online.

Our Belkin WIA001 are engineered to work with lightweight plastic cases up to 3mm. And if your phone case is thicker than the required phone case, then you may have to remove it for it to charge your phone.
