The Belkin wireless charger should have worked longer than described. We could have tried to plug the power adapter into a different wall outlet for isolation and placed another Qi-enabled device on the wireless charger to see if the same issue occurs. Indicator light went from white to orange which signals that the power box provided is not providing enough electricity to charge any devices. Now I have a non working wireless charger that ive seen many good reviews of.

An orange light only means that there’s an error in charging. It could be that the pad detected a foreign object or the phone is misaligned.
