Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works occasionally. But mostly it's unreliable and UNBELIEVABLY FLIMSY. If there's a charging error, which is most of the time, it doesn't charge at all. The cord wont stay plugged into the back, so maybe if you tape it and call your favorite witch/priest/rabbi/medicine man to bless it, it might work. Save your money and buy something else

The first thing that stood out was how bulky and oversized it felt, which made it inconvenient for my desk setup. Compared to other chargers I’ve used, this one felt cheaply made, both in build and performance. The plastic construction lacked the premium touch I expected for the price. I also found the charging experience underwhelming. While it promises compatibility with devices like iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, and AirPods, the charging speed was inconsistent. On top of that, the pad didn’t seem to align perfectly with my devices, leading to several frustrating moments when I realized my phone wasn’t charging after placing it on the pad. After a few days, I decided to cut my losses and toss it, opting instead for a higher-quality charger that offered better design and performance. This one just didn’t feel worth the investment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable wireless charger.

The behavior of the charging pad is far from expected! It is expected to charge of up to 10W of charging speed. Make sure that there are no phone case used thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only), or try using another compatible device for isolation. Phone indicates that charging has started but disconnects shortly after. Set phone to charge overnight. Indicated that charging started but next morning had not charged at all.

A white light comes on when it is charging correctly, but seems to turn amber randomly to indicate it is not charging. It sucks waking up in the morning and my phone is around 20%. I would not recommend this charger.

In those 15 days also you have figure out a particular direction to keep ur phone so that it can charge. Save your money and buy something else other than this company

Since i did not purchase the protection plan, best buy did not replace or repair the charger. That was my second charger, same exact model. The first one lasted 3 months before it stopped working. I do not recommend buying this product.

Good luck charging it with a thin case on (as it claims you should be able to do), while it does work sometimes, it is even more rare than without a case. When it does charge it is so unbelievable slow. I would have to leave my phone on it overnight to get full charge. Sometimes, it just stop charging and the white light turns orange. This usually happens when I have fallen asleep so that I can wake up to an uncharged phone. Would not recommend. Just buy anything else.

Rest assured that this is not what the charging pad is supposed to do, especially when using compatible devices, when devices are properly aligned, and when there are no foreign objects nearby that can cause charging issues. Furthermore, the charging pad works best with or without a phone case with a thickness of up to 3 mm.
