It drives me crazy how you have to have the phone on it exactly in the right spot or else it won't work. I can't count how many times I've had to reposition it at least 10 times to get it to actually charge.

The behavior of the charging pad is far from expected and we'd like to check this out further. Make sure that there are no phone cases used thicker than 3mm, or try charging another compatible device for isolation.
