Otherwise it took hours for the phone to charge to 30%. Too inconvienant to keep taking the phone case off to charge. Returned in 2 days.

I’m hoping and praying Best Buy give me credit even though I can’t find the receipt. I plugged it in and wanted to use this for my iPhone 11. It was hit or miss whether or not it was going to charge. It all is about placement. Then I frustratingly kept trying to use it and now it doesn’t even charge my phone. A little hard to wake up without an alarm because my phone is dead…Would’ve been much better to splurge and get the real thing.
