The Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad can provide up to 10W. For isolation, please try to remove the phone case or force close all running applications in the background to see if that will make any difference.

Doesn’t work with Otterbox

Would not charge a Samsung S10 with an Otterbox case on it. If the case is removed it charged fine. Returned and bought a 15 Watt Wireless Charger online.

Our Belkin WIA001 are engineered to work with lightweight plastic cases up to 3mm. And if your phone case is thicker than the required phone case, then you may have to remove it for it to charge your phone. Maybe it's because I have an iPhone but I don't know. It takes hours to charge my phone on this. I would just say this product is "Meh".

Sometimes name and brand does not give consistency. The phone has to be a particular position to get charge. Aggravating and nit worth play with it.
