This is not the expected behavior of the charging pad while in operation. It is designed to support Apple, Samsung, and Google fast charging. Try using another compatible device and avoid using phone cases thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only) for isolation. Find a different wireless charger

If the phone doesn’t sit just right on it, it won’t charge. Many times I’ve went to grab my phone off of here and it hasn’t charged. I figured this would work pretty good given the brand name. That would be a big NO!

This is totally unexpected since this charging pad is deisgned to work with most Qi-enabled (wireless charging) devices. Make sure not to use phone cases thicker than 3mm, or check if it is properly aligned on the pad for isolation.
