    Would only charge my I phone 12 plus for the first day then it kept giving a yellow light that the cord was not the correct cord but it is the cord it came with!!!

    Wish I had listened to the other reviews. This thing only charges my phone like 20% of the time. It is SO picky with where you place your phone on it. Terrible product

      The charging behavior of the charging pad if quite unusual. Make sure that there are no phone case used thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only), or even try using another compatible handheld device for isolation.     Unit hums a noise ever 5 sec when charging. Took case off phone and still did it. Annoying. Picked up a different type and does not do it. I will be returning it.

    I purchased this item to charge my new iPhone 12 pro. It worked each night for about a month and has stopped working.

    some times wouldn't charge phone all the way or a hard time getting it to charge phone . Wake up next day and phone wasn't fully charged sometimes

    Bad charger

    Worked one day , then just died, returned to store and had it replaced. This one works just fine

    If your phone is dead do not try to charge here

    This is a very slow charging device and when my phone went completely dead it would not charge it at all. I’m very disappointed in this product.

    I had this for a day and had to go return it. It didn’t charge my phone. I do not recommend this product. Buy the apple charger instead.

    This item does not charge my phone if its laying a certain way on the pad. When it does charge, charging is not always fast as advertised.

      The Qi-enabled phone needs to be positioned correctly for the charging coils to be aligned for the Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad to charge the device. You can slightly reposition your phone on the pad to for isolation.

    It's a pain to get the phone on the pad just right to charge. I have other charging pads that are significantly better.

      The location of the charging coil may vary depending on the model of your phone. Thus, you may have to check with your phone's manufacturer for tips on how to properly align your phone on a wireless charger. However, for isolation, try to move your phone slightly on the Belkin WIA001 to align it correctly. Also, removing the phone case may also help.     Horrible charger. Kept detecting and wouldn’t charge my phone. I had to buy an Apple charger to replace this one. Don’t waste your money!

    Not with a Pop Socket

    This charger will not work with a popsocket. I have an Otterbox with built in pop socket and it will not charge on this charger.

    it will not charge the phone. it is plugged in and nothing is going thru, the green light indicating it is working is not on at sll.

    I purchased this device thought it’ll work well with my gen phone (iPhone 13+) but didn’t want to keep changing. Took about :45 seconds and light turned from white to red.
