Not a great charger

The charging pad's behavior is quite unusual! Make sure that there are no phone case used thicker than 3mm and should only composed of lightweight plastics. Also, try charging another compatible device for further isolation. Affordable, but terrible

The cord that plugs into the base I’d flimsy and it comes unplugged way too easily. If you’re able to keep it plugged in, it’s still super difficult to use. You have to have perfect placement or it will quit charging. Do yourself a favor and buy some other brand.

This Belkin charger is designed to support Apple, Samsung and Google fast charging. Try using another compatible device, and make sure not to use phone cases thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only) for further isolation. Doesn’t work majority of the time

The Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad + QC 3.0 Wall Charger + Cable (WIA001) is compatible with the iPhone 12 models. For isolation, you can try to remove the phone case or place another Qi-enabled smartphone on the charging pad and see if there's any difference.

The Qi-enabled phone needs to be positioned correctly for the charging coils to be aligned for the Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad to charge the device. You can slightly reposition your phone on the pad to for isolation.
