You have to place your phone just right or it won't charge. I have woken up to a dead phone several times. When these do not have a phone on them, they make a high pitched electronic type sound and I literally can not sleep with it next to the bed

The Belkin wireless charger should have worked longer than described. We could have tried to plug the power adapter into a different wall outlet for isolation and placed another Qi-enabled device on the wireless charger to see if the same issue occurs. The Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad + QC 3.0 Wall Charger + Cable is compatible with any Qi-enabled smartphones. You can try to remove the phone case or place another Qi-enabled device on the charging pad and see if it will charge.
