Our Belkin WIA001 should last longer than that. Thus, you may try plugging it into another power outlet, and observe the behaviour of its LED indicator. Charges intermittently

You have to place your phone just right or it won't charge. I have woken up to a dead phone several times. When these do not have a phone on them, they make a high pitched electronic type sound and I literally can not sleep with it next to the bed

We could have tried to plug the power adapter into a different wall outlet for isolation and placed another Qi-enabled device on the wireless charger to see if the same issue occurs.
