    It was found to be very slow wireless charging and had to return the product . Bellini products are usually very good but not this particular model .

    This is the worst item I have ever purchased. You have to lay your phone in the perfect position or it won’t charge. I have yet to get it to work.

    Defective & Best Buy Won’t Help Resolve

    Inconsistent charging. Best Buy 14-day return policy works in their favor. Now I’m stuck w/a defective hockey puck. Never again, Best Buy. What a slide in to obsolescence you’ve become.

    I’m trying to eliminate so many different cords for charging my electronics. This lite up briefly then stopped charging. Disappointing.

    Charger worked well until it gave up on itself. Indicator light went from white to orange which signals that the power box provided is not providing enough electricity to charge any devices. Now I have a non working wireless charger that ive seen many good reviews of.

      An orange light only means that there’s an error in charging. It could be that the pad detected a foreign object or the phone is misaligned. Try moving the phone around and if that won’t help, rebooting it might do the trick. Update us how it goes at BelkinCares@belkin.com with a link to this review as our reference when you reach out.

    This stupid thing is no longer working. We used it one time & took it on vacation with us & now it stopped working. I will be returning it.

      The device designed for long lasting use! Having it in just short period of time, and completely stopped working is totally unheard of. Try charging another compatible device, and not to use phone cases thicker than 3mm in thickness for isolation.
