The BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad works with lightweight plastic phone cases which are not more than 3mm thick. Too thick cases may hinder the communication between the charging coils causing disconnection. Moreover, you may try rebooting the phone for now and if that won’t help, we’ll have our Product Experts assist you further. The unit is expected to charge your Qi-enabled devices as long as properly aligned to the pad, and no phone case used thicker than 3mm in thickness. Also, make sure that your phone is properly positioned and free from foreign objects, like keys or a wallet, on or near the charging pad that could affect charging. The BOOST CHARGE 10W Wireless Charging Pad will only work with Qi-enabled devices. Just make sure that the charging coils of the phone and charger align properly and place it on a flat/even surface to avoid disconnections. The Belkin WIA001 wireless charger supports fast charging for Apple, Samsung, and Google smartphones. For isolation, you can try to remove the phone case and, make sure that the phone is correctly aligned on the charging pad.
