Works really great very easy to use. Looks great while warming your water to a boil takes less then 5 minutes to have boiling water. Would definitely recomend

Functional kettle: It's good at boiling water quickly. One thing I like about it is that LED light for the switch also lights up the inside bottom perimeter of the glass for kind of a cool effect. Three things I don't like about: 1) The plastic strainer that's attached to the lid by the opening. It's pretty flimsy and I don't like the idea of boiling water running though plastic; 2)There's a minimum fill line, 2 cups, so you always have to heat at least that much water; 3) It says you need to let the kettle cool at least 20 minutes before you add more water (I'm guessing so the glass doesn't crack from a sudden temperature change).

Great Electric glass kettle! Boils water quickly and nice to see thru glass as water starts to boil. My actual hand fits in the kettle to clean it which is a big plus and something I didnt have on my last kettle.

We use it to heat water for sinks in our bathroom -- saves running the hot water tap for 3 minutes to get water from the water heater to our sinks. Buying another to use for conventional uses like hot water for tea, hot chocolate, etc.

Excellent kettle for the price! Heats up water very quickly (much quicker than my stove-top kettle). I use it every day to make tea. The blue LEDs are a nice touch.

This unit does the job. I have used it many times for hot chocolate. I only need a third of a kettle of hot water and it gets it hot fast. Easy to use and fast.

The water heats up pretty fast and it doesn’t ring when it’s done, better for night time use for everyone to be quiet. Now I need a silent microwave. The kettle is modern looking as well. Love it.

The glass kettle is elegant and timeless. The illuminated blue light which is present while the glass kettle is boiling the water imparts a beautiful glow. Would buy it again without hesitation.

I love this electric kettle. It’s light, easy to use, and works fast. I like the blue lighting as it is working away. You can boil as little as 2 cups of water in it. It is very convenient! Bought another as a gift for Mom.

Bought this glass kettle to replace my plastic electric kettle. Works perfect. Heats water fast and don’t need to worry about potential chemicals in your water from using plastic.

The Kettle is very good and heats water very quickly and very easy to use. The description says, its a glass material but I still cant make difference if it Glass or high end plastic.

It truly does heat up the water really fast and well. The only thing that bothers me is that no matter if I use filtered water or distilled water or "ultra" filtered water, for some reason the kettle still ends up having the stains on the bottom after use as if the water had minerals in it. Otherwise, the kettle works perfectly fine for heating water. I like to couple it with my french press!

Boils the water rather fast. Would've given it a five star review if it would boil the water for a longer period. Other than that, no other complaints about it. Looks nice when it is turned on with its blue light and the see through glass.

Beautiful LED light, boil water fast, very light weight for a simple task, price is cheaper than the other brand, it's on sale now, I may buy another one.

Boils water fast and has blue illuminated lights(cool). No problems, I would advise everyone who uses this is to open the top lid as you pour water.

A simple electric kettle should be just that. Unfortunately, this Bella design has a spout filter to catch any chunks of mineral deposit that may break loose from the heating element. I use reverse osmosis water; thus, this filter will not likely do anything for me. The filter, instead, causes the water to pour irregularly from the spout. To create a smooth pour, you have to tilt the spout very slowly and, of course, it takes a bit longer to get the water out of the kettle. I'm thinking of removing the filter; however, it is not trivially mounted to the kettle (see photo). One more note: the sidewalls of the glass kettle will always have condensation...the water does not settle to the bottom (see photo, which was taken first thing in the morning).
