Took a long time to heat water. The plug and base did not sit flush on the counter which caused the unit to wobble. Also, the base was very light so it easily moved when picking up the pitcher. The flimsy base just became too annoying.

This made the best Christmas for our friends and family. Got 5 of these during the Thanksgiving sale and was the perfect gift. The illuminated light is a very nice feature. The kettle itself works as it is designed to be. Very happy with the buy...

6 people in my household and everyone uses this kettle to make tea or just boil water for something else. Invaluable to have in the kitchen. If you make your own special iced tea you have to have this kettle!!

This glass kettle heats up very fast and the volume is big enough to have several cups of tea for the family. The price is cheap when I bought it on the deal of the day. I recommend it to others.

A watched pot never boils, as the saying goes. But this one actually gives you hot water AND a show - love the LED lighting and it's really the only way to make hot tea within five minutes.

I love my kettle i make hot tea twice a day heats up fast..Even making jello so easy. A must have if you need boiling water quick and safe. From hot coco to oatmeal..no microwave or pot needed as long as you have this.

Does the job, easy to set up by boiling water twice and then it’s ready. Would recommend for a kettle that just gets the job done. I’ve had it for a couple days and it is great.

Works great for me from ramen noodles, to instant coffee, hot chocolate, tea , instant mashed potatoes and other things. Real time saver not having to boil water in a pan. Cup o' noodles too.

I bought it to replace my old plastic kettle. It is good quality up to now. It was too easy for me to monitor the water level when I used it. The time to boil is short. I like it.

This product works. However, there's a plastic filter between the spout and the lid. I'd be worried for the long term effects on that with boiling water. Also, I don't know if it's just my product but the base was wobbly when I had the pot on it.

Got the kettle on a deal so not complaining. It does its job, ie, heat water and pretty fast too. I like it that the water boils for a little longer before turning off. The problem though is that the lid does not close properly because of which water spills through the side when we pour out.

This is my very first electric tea kettle and I am very pleased with this purchase! It is so easy to use, just fill in the water and turn on the switch, everything works perfectly!

Was a Christmas gift for my wife. She is delighted. Just what she wanted. Easy to fill and pour with the water pitcher not attached with a cord to the heating unit. Simple owner instructions. Ample capacity.
