    works well so far. only thing which makes me worry is the plastic filter. not sure if it's food grade plastic, feels unnecessary most of the time.

    Do NOT recommend!!! Stopped working after 1year. You have to contact Bella customer care to deal with the issue. They will not send you a new kettle instead they ask you to cut the cord of the kettle and send a photo to them to refund your amount. You'll lot of time doing this!!!

    Works great. BTW leave the top open after you're done. This keeps the water marks from hanging on the sides

    My bad for not knowing tea kettles better, but we were expecting it (or parts/pieces) to be dishwasher safe. It is a hand-washed kettle. Returned it immediately.
