    Works, it heats well. But poorly designed. When pouring the hot water the steam gets pretty close to your hand. You need to really tilt the pot when pouring. I didn’t use it right after purchasing. It’s too late to return

    Bella - 1.7L Illuminated Electric Glass Kettle - Clear Model:14824SKU:6415012 It 's work good but the bottom is hard to clean. have to clean it every time you use it really good or it seems show some rust.

    Takes too long to heat up poor quality, cord is to short can only be filled half way. Would not buy again. I would return if I kept the box.

    Really good kettle.Really like the blue led lights,that makes you stare at while boiling.Only problem,no temperature control,Gets really hot

    Unhappy cracked water kettle heater

    I returned this item back to Best Buy as soon as it was delivered to my house because the glass part of the unit was all cracked into pieces. As soon as I lift the box from my front door I heard pieces of glass noise. I didn’t even open the box when it was delivered, took it straight back and returned the item. It may have packaged without the bubble wrap or tossed and thrown hard during the delivery process.

    Broke after a few months

    The product worked well while it worked, but I didn't like that you couldn't change the temperature setting and the water would always come out HOTTT when it finished. However, I've only had it for a few months and it stopped working randomly. I contacted customer support and they couldn't replace the item, but could only refund me if I sent them a photo of the kettle with the chord cut (they told me to just cut it myself). It seemed odd, but I did it and I haven't received a refund yet...

    Very pretty with the blue light! Heats up quickly. But, the handle is very thick, making it awkward to grasp. Worse, the plastic insert at the spout allows water to leak from the sides when poured, creating a mess every time! Also, if not emptied and washed out immediately, for some reason, water droplets just hang at the top of the glass, not evaporating or dripping down. For days. Just odd
