Had to return it, but the return was easy.

The glass was fine, but the only other part that was stainless steel was a pretty flimsy piece of stainless attached to the inside of the plastic lid. The entire pot is plastic except for a disc in the lid. Too must plastic is in direct contact with boiling water for my needs. I never plugged it in. The returnn was easy peasy. I printed a return tag and UPS collected the re-boxed kettle at no charge, and I received my refund today. Prompt and business like. It's probably a good kettle for someone who doesn't have a problem with plastic.
