Good Looking and Functioning Coffee Pot

I do not believe it can be beaten for the price and functionality. This was purchased to replace an older coffee pot that was not safe for the office since it did not have the auto-off feature.

The water measurements are located inside the water reservoir. That makes it difficult to accurately measure the number of cups you are making.

Great inexpensive coffee maker

It has a nice design to it and makes coffee very well. Definitely recommended.

Odd "programming" controls, no water level view.

We are not very demanding in our coffee maker requirements, so we figured we could not go wrong. Maybe we didn't go wrong, but we sure are less than thrilled with this unit. You have to push the power button twice to have it set to auto start... and the red and green lights on the front are just annoying and of no use what so ever. It takes a good 10-12 minutes to brew. There is nothing special about this brewer, and if you really rely on the programmable start - well, you're likely to be annoyed.

I have been purchasing Mr Coffee brand for over 20 years. Last two stopped working in less than two years. The one before the last two worked for almost ten years. I enjoy good coffee and no drips is plus.
