Glad it was, 3 days after purchase, the coffee container a piece fell off of it and the spring doesn't stay attached. Reached out to vendor awaiting reply to email.

Barely works!!

We always make 12 cups of coffee, so every night we fill the carafe to the 12 cup water line and put it in. In the morning it is sometimes 12, sometimes 6!!! Why?? It's so frustrating and disappointing. Also, the carafe spout is weird and makes it too easy to spill coffee all over the place. Beyond that, like everyone else has said, the initial set up is maze like. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend you buy a different coffee maker. I don't know if I just got a dud or not. There seems to be zero quality control.

Keeps the peace

Broken just over 2 months after purchase

Unfortunately, yesterday, out of the blue on 4/7/21, it stopped working altogether. The mechanism which is heating and brining the hot water to the ground beans seems to be broken. I tried cleaning and repairing it but without any luck. It’s just been over two months since I bought this coffee maker. My previous one, which was cheaper than this one, lasted over 3 years without any issues. Sorry, can’t recommend
