Persnickety pot

The basket that holds the filter has to be place in the unit just so. I guess I am not precise before I've had my first cup. And it did not have a window that showed the water level.

There’s a reason it’s on sale

It makes a mess when filing with water and hen pouring coffee into my cup. Bad design I guess. I didn’t have this problem with my Black and Decker one.

Cute but it doesn't last

I completely forgot that I had a 2 year warranty on it. I will be requesting a replacement. I wonder if it matters that I can't find the original box.
