makes good coffee but when cooking it is a little bit noisy but other than that it is ok

Needed a new coffee maker and this was the best deal online. I mean for Best Buy to be 30% lower than Amazon, How can I refuse? Plus, the coffee maker is remarkable, makes great coffee and was on the under $20.

Great coffee machine to just make a couple cups and no issues

everything works, makes great coffee. The timer works great. The only thing to remember is to press twice in order to turn it off completely. For the money, you can't beat it.

This is a well made coffee maker but not useful for 1-2 cup coffee drinker probably better for 12 cup as recommnded. I had to return it for refund unfortunately.

Not as easy to program as I thought it would be. Set for a specific time and got up and coffee was not made. Need to have a computer nerd to set it up for you.

For the price this is a great little coffee pot. It is not very loud and it makes a pot of coffee very fast. There is no way to see the water level without actually looking into the reservoir and it doesn’t have markings that you can see easily.

Easy to use, but after brewing, the coffee isn't as hot as I like it to be. I got this to replace my 14 cup one because I thought it was broke, but it wasn't! So I stored the 12 cup and still using my 14 cup!

Works well and meets our needs with one minor detail overlooked. The water markings in the tank is too difficult to read. Had to adjust my habit of pouring the water into the container and use the water markings on the carafe.

I liked the coffeemaker a lot. This was actually a replacement for the earlier model. I just love it... I don't particularly care for bestbuy's return policy. I received 2 of these as gifts after I purchased one but bestbuy's policy wouldn't allow for the return of even 1 of them...

Got this as a gift and have not used it yet. It’s for our motorhome and we won’t be using it for a few months. We have a couple of small appliances that are Bella and they work great. I’m sir it will be better than the old one we have.

another item that i bought on a best buy deal of the day. not the best coffee maker in the world but for the price it does the job. paper filters are still needed to keep the grounds out of the pot and the pot needs to be lined up with the catch basin so the coffee drains properly.
