For the price this is a great little coffee pot. It is not very loud and it makes a pot of coffee very fast. There is no way to see the water level without actually looking into the reservoir and it doesn’t have markings that you can see easily.

I liked the coffeemaker a lot. This was actually a replacement for the earlier model. I just love it... I don't particularly care for bestbuy's return policy. I received 2 of these as gifts after I purchased one but bestbuy's policy wouldn't allow for the return of even 1 of them...

this is a quite coffee maker. The only thing I don't like is the glass pitcher. It spills when pouring.

Works well and meets our needs with one minor detail overlooked. The water markings in the tank is too difficult to read. Had to adjust my habit of pouring the water into the container and use the water markings on the carafe.

I bought this as a gift. It was my usual annual gift to a couple of my friends. Almost like clockwork, their old one broke, lucky them they just had received this one as a replacement.

Got this as a gift and have not used it yet. It’s for our motorhome and we won’t be using it for a few months. We have a couple of small appliances that are Bella and they work great. I’m sir it will be better than the old one we have.

Im a simple girl when it comes to coffee so I don't need anything thing fancy.. so far so good and great price..plus it matches my kitchen

Very nice coffeemaker that makes hot coffee really fast.Delayed setting let's you set for next morning so you have your coffee as soon as you wake up.Great product at great price.

Loved this product while it worked! Unfortunately I only had it for a couple months before it died on me and wouldn’t function at all even though it was plugged in and showed no obvious issues for maintenance or need of replacement. The fact it was only functional for a few months is the reason for the rating, beyond that it was amazing while it worked! The biggest problem being that I couldn’t replace it with anything but instead needed to get store credits since they didn’t sell this anymore.

Good quality at an unbeatable price. Easy to use.. The shipping was fast and free. I. Should have bought more as gifts or just give always.

another item that i bought on a best buy deal of the day. not the best coffee maker in the world but for the price it does the job. paper filters are still needed to keep the grounds out of the pot and the pot needs to be lined up with the catch basin so the coffee drains properly.

Easy to use, but after brewing, the coffee isn't as hot as I like it to be. I got this to replace my 14 cup one because I thought it was broke, but it wasn't! So I stored the 12 cup and still using my 14 cup!

Works well until it started to turn on on its own. We had to keep it unplugged so it wouldn’t just run. Other than that it’s a good product and good value.

I like many things about this coffee maker. It is easy to set up and use. It was easy to set the clock and set up the automatic brewing. The only thing I miss from my old coffee maker is not having a sight glass on the side that allows me to pour water in to a certain point. On this maker I have to put water in the pot and then set the pot down on level surface to measure the water.

This coffeemaker works just fine. I is easy to operate and clean. This is a basic appliance that does the job. I would purchase this again.

Overall this is a great coffee maker with plenty of features. It is easy to set up and use. My only complaint is that I wish it got the coffee a little hotter. I often end up warming it in the microwave a little before drinking it. I purchased this when it was on sale and it was well worth the purchase price. I am not sure there wouldn't be better choices available if I had been paying the full price for this machine because of the warming issue.

Works great…can set timer to turn on when you want…has a pause which enables you to get a cup during the brewing process—which I love! Best part is it has auto shut off!!

Really enjoying coffee maker. Only complaint is that water tends to spill whilst filling the carafe. With that being said, this replaced a Mr Coffee 4 cup machine that I used for the last 11 years so hope it lasts just as long.

I would give it a five star except it's kind of confusing to know whether or not you've actually started it for right now or set the timer. Also, there is water level on the side. Other wise it's a nice economical coffee maker.

Is it as good as pour over or a French press? Of course not. Is it reliable and efficient? Yes. I wish it were matte black because fingerprints show pretty easily on it, but other than that it’s a perfectly fine coffee pot.
