Programmable, hot, dependable, brews the same amount of coffee as water added. No complaints. I also like knowing that if I break a carafe, it's cheap enough to get a new unit vs overpaying for a replacement or losing out altogether.

The electronic controls are NOT intuitive to me so I gave up on pre-programing to have it start automatically in the morning. It requires great care to ensure the pot is exactly centered under the drip spout and that the basket of grounds is seated exactly right so the lid will close snugly, otherwise you might end up with coffee all over the counter and grounds backed up into the water reservoir. It also says to let machine cool down at least 10 minutes before brewing a 2nd pot which has been an inconvenience when serving coffee to 5 or more people.
