I would recommend buying the Bunn tall filters to keep grounds from spilling over other filters when making anything larger than a 6 cup pot.

No replacement parts!

But when the carafe broke I found out there are no replacement parts available. I emailed Bella and 2 emails and 30 days later I got a response saying they don’t offer replacement parts but would review my claim. They ask for the model number and copy of the receipt, which I sent last week. So far nothing. I purchased and returned this unit because of the poor customer service and I already have a coffee pot that I can’t use. I bought a universal pot but it doesn’t reach the top. What a waste of good, hard earned money. Do not buy!!
