Lasted only 4 months.

Made coffee once a day, for one person. Thats 120 days. 120 times, it made my cup of coffee and then stopped working. I called best buy and they told me I have to call the manufacturer, which was closed. I would think BEST BUY, is selling products from cheap manufacturers that don't care about the longevity of your appliances. Be careful buying this. Its gonna only last 4 months!!! Very disappointed.

Chemical taste

We followed directions And brewed 2, 12 cups of water only And washed all parts before using. We did this all again and brewed a 2nd Pot. Same thing not drinkable. Had To return. I thought this had to be a case of bad luck as I saw no other reviews with this problem, but I still Could not buy another Bella. Got a mr coffee as the previous one Lasted 10 years, and with no strange Taste.

I didn't think this was a big deal but....if you spill some or things are going crazy in the morning because of kids and dog, you are starting over because you have no idea how much you poured already. When new it took about 15 minutes to brew a pot (10cups), now (6 months later) it takes an hour to brew a pot. Don't get this one.
