Cute, good price, didn’t work

That one never worked. This one worked, but would randomly turn itself on and attempt to brew without any buttons being pressed or programs set. It actually managed to steam at me once. I’m cheap and would probably have just dealt with it, but the purchase was for me dad who has dementia. There is too great a risk of him being burnt if that happened. So it’s being returned and I’m not giving this coffee pot any more chances.

Made 24 cups/Drank 2

Box looked like it was kicked more than a Leo Messi soccer ball. Taped up, thought maybe they sent me an open box (I worked with Best Buy for 13 years, know the knowledge) Item seemed intact, so thought, ok just the box that's messed up. Made my first pot, coffee grounds in the pot, on the top of the pot, with the water dispenser..all this after brewing for 1/2 hr which only 1/3 of the coffee pot was filled. Alright, maybe a fluke, brew my 2nd pot of coffee....no coffee, just the area that you put in the water, became hot water. Not one drip of coffee came out of the pot.
