initially, I was disappointed it didn't have a separate on-off switch, so I unplugged it to turn it off and plugged it in to use. By accident, I realized, dummy, you don't need to do that. It's got a built-in switch that starts the blender when locking the cup into place and turns it off when removing the cup. Easy, peasy. I use it at least once everyday to make a smoothie and I now love it. And it cleans up so easily. Wish I'd have gotten this a long time ago. Love it.

The blender has blended everything from ice to nuts for me without a problem. It is easily washable and portable.

It's a good product! This product is a blender with a grinder. The blender works great. But the grinder have a problem when used in dry environment. When this item used as a coffee grinder, the coffee beans carry electrostatic charge due to friction with the plastic cup so the beans "float" inside the cup and can't be break down to smaller pieces. Hope manufacture can do something about it to make it better.

I got this blender on sale for $9.99, it was originally more but it was on deal of the day, anyways, it is LOUD! I know most blenders are loud but this one sounds like you started a lawn mower in your house. It also doesn't chop very well, and smells like burning plastic. It would cost more in gas to return it. So I will keep it, but it will probably be quickly replaced.

Bought it for a trip and my daily morning smoothie, this is a powerful blender, excellent quality.

Works great but I dropped my tall cup and broke it. I’m going to give mine away and replace it. The replacement cup is $5 less than a completely new blender set. Plus there’s nothing larger than the “tall” cup that comes with it. I was primarily using it for smoothies. Next time I’ll opt for a model that’s cheaper to replace or add cups, and has more than two sizes.

I love the Bella blender. It is a work horse. I have been using mine for two years and it is still going strong. It is great for making smoothies but I use it more to grind coffee beans for my French Press coffee maker. It makes quick work of that. This is a blender with capacity for only single size servings so don’t expect to be able to make much more than that at one time. It is light weight and easy to store away and you can’t beat the price. I purchased a second one recently as a gift for a friend.

Great little blender. It has the right amount of power for smoothies. We use it almost on a daily basis and still runs good.

Other reviews mention easy-to-crack plastic cup, but ours has been holding up so far. Again, we don't use it for anything hard (like ice cubes) nor expect it to handle those. If you use this blender with care, it can last longer than what you expect from a cheap product. Note: it doesn't have the press-to-start functionality. You will need to press and then turn for it to start.
