Quick and Easy

I am a sucker for one-pot meals, mostly because I am a parent of 4 and we are always on the go. The rice comes out nice and soft and never overcooked and we have made a few chicken and rice meals that have even impressed the kids and inlaws (not an easy feat). We caught this cooker on a sale and the valuable time it has saved us has paid us back already!
