2nd time product spoilt within months and Best Buy says it’s out of the return window

I bought it. I brought it home n it did not work. Thank god it was under 14 days and i was able to return it.

This is a decent little rice cooker I only give three stars because there is no good combination of two to one rice cooking that is working

Doesn’t work and it’s been only 3 months of use and the light doesn’t turn on. I want full refund

It’s kind of small. Are use it to cook rice. It’s only enough for a person or two. The size is so small for family meal

I followed the instructions to a T and it overcooked the rice. I am going to try it again, but I have a feeling I wasted my reward certificates on this rice cooker.

Power cord should have been long enough as it is too short. The overall quality could have been better.

I would say 16 oz not 16 cups. The pot is much smaller than it looks in the picture. Definitely can’t cook more than 2 pounds of rice in it.

It splatters everywhere, on everything,and creates a huge mess.

It works. I bought this for I think less than $20. So don't expect a premium item but it is a functional one.

The size was smaller than i expected. Based on the original price of this item, I expected a better quality than this.

Cannot cook the maximum amount of rice. Rice does not cook all tje way through.

Too small for what I need but suitable for those who need a small one.

This item was on clearance and it makes sense. I thought once it was done in cooking mode it would automatically switch to warm mode but it doesn’t. You have to set your own timer. I think this would be useful for folks you cook a lot of rice on a regular basis. Otherwise it’s just a lot to clean after small batches:

Got this on sale, so not worth returning. Box was factory sealed and in good condition, but the rice pot had a dent in the outside lip. Still, it seemed to work okay, so I didn't mind. The 3rd time I used the pot it burned out. Gave an electrical wire smell. No lights on the pot though it was plugged in. Rice was half cooked. Dumped the rice into my old cooker, which finished cooking the rice fine. This one is going in the garbage. I didn't do anything wrong, 2 cups rice, 3 cups water, pot was dry. Just bad equipment. Bought 12/2, died 12/6.
