Too big

Incredible value. But could be better

You have to nurse it. Also, don’t like the fact it doesn’t have an off on button. Also pan scratches easily. Hard to lift lid if it’s inverted for storage

Poor warranty support

Bella warranty support was not very helpful. I ended up returning this to the store and got a different brand.

Only $15 but it only lasts about 3 uses

I don't know what it is with Best Buy's cheap rice cookers. They all seem to have a very short life span. I bought this Bella on deal of the day because I had previously had two Insignia brand brand cookers fail after about 3 uses. This product is identical to the Insignia cookers and they all seem to fail after a very short amount of use.

Not even 3 months and it Stopped working

It stopped working all of a sudden. The cook and warm lights stopped working and I thought only the lights were gone. Today morning when I used it, it was lit getting heated up and stopped working. I do not recommend this product to anyone. You don’t even get what you pay for.

Not a great product

Rice maker

Very disappointed

I followed the instructions, added rinsed rice and water, and turned it on. It got so hot that the water was spitting out of the hole in the cover. The rice was wildly boiling in the pot, and when it finished I had a big pot of mush. There is no option to turn the heat down, it is just on or warm. Returning this item, very disappointed.

Short Life

Missed out on the return date and didnt think it was necessary to purchase an extended warranty on such a small appliance. In hard times like this, something i really needed for our large famy. Unable to replace. Dont buy. I had my last rice cooker for over 10yrs.

Dies after less than 10 uses.

I was standing next to it and heard a click so I assumed it was ready except I had just turned it on 5 min prior. The lights were not on so I assumed it tripped a breaker but it didn't. It just died. I may give this brand another shot. Who knows?

No No Bella
