Stopped working after using 4 times, no wonder it's cheap!

This Bella 16-Cup Rice Cooker cooks rice to perfection. Measure the rice using the included measuring cup, add water up to the line, and away you go! I have to be careful when using it to make rice pudding by replacing the water with milk. After about 20 minutes, the milk will boil over making a mess. When you see it starting to boil over, lift the lid for a second or two to knock down the bubbles, replace the lid, and switch from "Cook" to "Warm" for an additional 10 minutes. The result is pretty good rice pudding.

Perfect size for our family of 4. I thought it would be a bit too big seeing the 16-cup. But it is not that large. It makes perfect rice. Easy to use and clean. The only drawback is that when it boils, the water comes out of the little vent hole in the lid, but just a little bit. That's the only thing that made it 4 stars. Haven't used it long enough to know if it's durable or not.

WOW! I’ve been wanting to purchase a rice cooker for well over a year now, and I finally decided to do it - All I can say is WOW! This rice cooker works PERFECTLY. The rice comes out fluffy and delicious. Before using it I wouldn’t have thought it was going to make a difference in taste (I was happier about the set-it&forget-it aspect, but it actually makes the rice so much better than when cooking traditionally on your stove top. It also comes with a few recipes for flavored rice, looking forward to giving the jambalaya recipe! Highly recommend the Bella Rice Cooker - affordable, great quality, and saves space!

Absolutely great! Easy to use. Easy to set up as well. Love the look, and more than anything the size fits perfectly in a Manhattan apartment kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

If you put too much rice in it it doesn’t cook all the way. I should have read reviews for it before blindly purchasing, but it does its job when you don’t over load it. If you’re living alone, and have no visitors, this is for you.

I really like this rice cooker, right size for a family of four or five; also makes rice really fluffy the way I like it; if you let your rice soak for about half an hour before turning the rice cooker on, you'll get better results

It's not very big, but it's perfect for serving 4 people. cook well and in good time, if your family does not need too much food, I recommend it
